The Boardroom is a modern space located on level four of the venue. With floor to ceiling windows that provide excellent natural lighting, the Boardroom can seat up to 16 guests for meetings and small events.
With state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, comfortable seating, various catering options and modern facilities, the Boardroom is an impressive space for that all important meeting.
Including an 86inch interactive display screen, video conferencing capabilities, HDMI connectivity and speakers for laptop audio.
The Boardroom is also available for hire prior to Arena events, up to 20 guests can enjoy a private dinner with full waiting service before watching their favourite artist or band in the Arena – a real treat for a special occasion.

The spacious Bolero Suite can accommodate up to 300 guests for a conference or event. It can be set up in multiple layouts for total flexibility or can be partitioned into three rooms for smaller meetings or events.
Offering a feature bar and lounge area with spectacular views of the Nottingham skyline, Spotlight Bar & Restaurant is the perfect venue for smaller meetings, conferences and events.
