We offer a variety of exciting and flexible spaces for conferences ranging from 2 to 10,000 delegates.
The Arena can be adapted to suit any large-scale conference. It features a highly flexible flat floor space, which is surrounded by 6,500 tiered seats meaning it can be adapted to suit capacities from 500 delegates up to 10,000.
Host a meeting in style in our 16-person Boardroom, with floor to ceiling windows, it’s complete with state-of-the-art audio-visual and video conferencing facilities and an electronic whiteboard.
The Bolero Suite can accommodate up to 300 guests for a conference. It can be set up in multiple layouts for total flexibility or can be partitioned into three rooms for smaller conferences.
For a more relaxed conference, Spotlight Bar & Restaurant can accommodate up to 200 guests and offers a feature bar and lounge area with spectacular views of the Nottingham skyline.
